As you would expect from a Mercure hotel, it met the requirements of a decent business hotel. The room was of good quality and well refurbished. Not too impressed with the bathroom. The staff at the reception was friendly and supportive in arrangements. Breakfast was all round and what you would expect at Mercure.

We booked this Hotel as it was within walking distance of the centre of Aachen, about 30mins. They have a large secure car park charged at 5 Euros per day, which is good value as you have to pay for parking in the streets and the centre traffic is quite heavy. On business, I spent the weekend in Aachen. The Mercure is centrally located to the city, easy walk from the train station and central to king charlemagne's church and other attractions. Room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful
