Very nice and friendly staff. Hotel room and all area are clean,. Good location not far from city, shopping or other part in Limburg.. Breakfast and dinner are also perfect. Recommend to stay in this hotel.

The Hotel looks to have received an update, but they have forgotten the bathrooms, or at least they feel somewhat outdated. Other than that it's a nice hotel and walking distance from the DOM and city center.

We had a very nice stay in the Novotel Aachen, which is conveniently close to the old town to go there on foot. We appreciated very much the nice food (especially dinner) and the nice and kind service received during our stay.

But they committed the #1 crime of poor hotels.... A plastic mattress cover. Hot, noisy, and uncomfortable. Do not stay here if you want a good nights sleep. I hate having to undo the bedding and remake it without the plastic just to get a nights sleep.
