It's no longer a Sofitel... Now part of MGallerie hotels. Very long waiting time for check-in and check-out, only one employee for everything to do on both days. Incredible slow lift and long waiting time. Very very small room! Nice lobby and excellent breakfast.

Hotel is clean, service is attentive. Rooms are on the smallish side, but one does not go to a hotel to stay in the room. Excellent value for money given the location of the hotel. Very close to cathedral and train station. Close to the Rhine to go for a walk. Extremely convenient.

I stayed here for the second time in December 2012 and don't regret one minute of it. Warm welcoming building and staff, in the centre of the city yet relaxing.
