Expected this to be ok - but it was terrible. Room hideuosly noisy. Hotel overlooks the busiest road in Cologne and has dirty curtains. Tried to change the room, but the manager - a very small Turkish man - came across as rather arrogant - obviously something to prove. Better hotel across the road in the Appartel Am Dom. More
