We have stayed at this hotel many time and have been happy with all aspects except this for this time. We requested non smoking rooms but this somehow did not reach the booking desk. As a consequence the rooms stank of smoke as did the whole hotel. The heating was on full pelt and we could not turn it down... More

Typical Ibis budget. Comfortable, clean and good value breakfast. Very handy for the station- just a short walk. Parking available in multi-storey car park with direct access to hotel. Parking tickets should be presented at hotel reception for a reduction. Total cost of parking 5.50 euros per day.

Toilet was rather smelling probably due to the not good connestion to the sewery. Breakfast OK. Very good price especially during Dusseldorf Messe event. Would be great to do something with the toilet. Service was OK. Room was clean.

We stayed here during an exhibition in Dusseldorf in May 2011. The hotel is located in the center; close to the main train station (3 minutes walk).
