“Lack of loyalty towards Platinim Rewards member”

Appalled to have my rewards nights reservation cancelled less than 2 weeks before my stay as this hotel is no longer the hotel 'is no longer part of the Holiday Inn system. this hotel was stunning the food was very nice i reccomend the shanghai express in the hotel the room the lovely stay at the pool the beach is rubbish overall it was lovely but let down by the fact the only thing you could hear was the cars on the motorway

“Overlooking motorway, nowhere near the beach”

Not sure how this hotel got five stars. There is limited staff at this hotel - there is no valet, no bell man or any other services you might expect at a five star.
