Requested a smoking room, arrived to find whole hotel non-smoking. Their proposed solution was to charge me an additional 10 Euros a night for a room on the same floor as the public terrace! My second time staying at this hotel. Location is excellent, breakfast very good. Free Wifi. Free water and minerals in mini-bar in room. Staff very friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room location and this was granted. Only negative was there was no facility to make tea/coffee in my room.
