This hotel is terrible. It reminds me of Faulty Towers, but not in a funny way. Upon arrival I was met by a rude and rather aggresive old receptionist. Believe me, he is so rude that I am still wondering why he chose to work in a business where service is all that matters. And the hotel ammenities are even... More

Although this hotel is near the beach, it's sandwiched in-between two busy roads, a busy road to the front and a four lane duel carriageway to the back, so whichever room your allocated, you're gonna hear the traffic. Also the room walls are paper thin, so you get to hear EVERYTHING the couple next door get up to, so be... More

The hotel is located in a good spot, next to the sea front/beach. The breakfast in the morning was good and the staff there were helpful. The only bad thing about the hotel was the beds, they were incredibly hard and might as well slept on nails. Luckily, the room we had had a fold out bed/sofa, which was more... More

Staff were polite and helpful take a short bus ride into the city or you can walk for miles along the promenade towards Pedregalejo and El Palo where there are countless beachside restaurants. More

This is one of the less dilapidated buildings in a very shabby area that must have seen better days. The rooms at least are clean, comfortable and well-maintained and the pool area is nice. Breakfast is very basic. Make your own toast and coffee, eat cereal or tuck into the cold chocolate doughnuts. The 'juice' is reconstituted and we couldn't... More

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was not the best 3 night stay! The walls in this hotel where very thin and you hear nearly everything from the neighbouring rooms: phones ringing, muffed voices, people sneezing, toilets flushing etc. It took a long time each time to go to sleep. I suppose it would be ok... More

The Las Vegas is an older hotel and I have read criticisms about the desk staff. Those on duty whilst we were there were perfectly helpful if not effusive. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. I wouldn't bother using the restaurant in the evening but there are good local restaurants. The location is fine with an... More

Malaga was our first arrival point in Spain & we needed a hotel where to stay for 2 nights. Searching in Tripadvisor we found this hotel to be reasonably priced, relatively close to the city centre (if you don't mind longer walks) and with acceptable reviews. Our findings: GOOD THINGS: - We like to walk, so we found the hotel... More

Worth dropping in for a study of disengaged uninterested service staff. Quite exceptional disinterest in service. Not so much rude as simply not interested. Watch out for electric shocks from drinks machine by the pool - best to wear flip flops to insulate oneself. Beach restaurants across the road well worth spending time in to connect with warm and friendly... More

I have stayed here on 3 occasions , it is a good hotel, represents value for money, rooms are a nice standard and breakfast sufficient and a plentiful selection. The location is in a delightful area within walking distance of the City but also very close to the beach, the hotel even boasts a pool so it was great to... More
