We stayed one night in Malaga before catching the train to Cordoba, and the Venecia was ideal for this, being so centrally located. It's no more than an easy 8 minutes walk from Malaga Centro (nearest station for travelling to the airport) and 15 min from Malaga Maria Zambrano (the mainline station). The cathedral and city centre are within 5... More

You get what you pay for. The rooms are not big but everything you need is in there. You can get a good night sleep here because there is not much noise in the hotel. Very well located, bus from the airports stops for the hotel, only 5 minutes walk to the city center, 10 minutes to Malagueta beach. Also... More

Stayed in the hotel for one night post cruise. It really is very handy for the cruise port and all of Malaga's many attractions. The room was comfortable if a little basic, but this is an old building full of "character". Staff very friendly and welcoming. We got to the hotel at ten in the morning, and were lucky enough... I went to stay here for 8 days with my AS Spanish class from college. The hotel boasted free high speed wifi, being close to the beach, and to the high street, restaurant downstairs and safes in all the rooms. Well I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. Wifi there was indeed, although it did take some time... More

I stayed here in February during a short break in Malaga. The hotel is spacious and the rooms on the generous side. I elected to have breakfast in my package, which was served in the cafe downstairs, which is also open to the public. The fare was simple, just juice, coffee and a large croissant, with a choice of spreads.... More

We stayed for a week. The hotel was very clean and the staff most helpful. Right in the city centre by the airport bus stop. Bed was a bit hard though. Bed and breakfast for a week for 402 Euros through booking.com Couldn't be better More

This was a great find. The airport express bus dropped us off right outside the hotel door. The hotel is in the heart of the city so no need to take taxis or buses - we could walk to all the sites, shopping, and the market. Although it was listed as a budget hotel we found it to be perfect... More

We stayed here for one night on our way to Seville and it was very clean, comfortable and affordable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the bar for 5 euros was light but tasty. The best thing is the location of the hotel - it is easy to get to from the airport as well as the train station,... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night as we were arriving in Malaga late before travelling to the coast the next day. The location is brilliant as the airport bus stops right outside the hotel and it is only a few minutes walk to the cathedral and the main streets where there are loads of shops and lots of... More

My wife and I toured around the south of Spain in September. We stayed here for two days to see the sights in Malaga. Venecia is perfectly situated to acces all the tourist offerings and stroll to Malaga's beautiful beach. We have been using a website to get great deals on hotels and this one was no exception. We paid... More
