Stayed 2 nights in Granada and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perched on top of a hill overlooking Granada and the Alhambra Palace. The walk was a quick 10 minutes down the steep hill to Granada and 10 minutes uphill to go back. The hotel had great food and drink with wonderful service. Our room was huge with... More

The hotel needs refurbushing and is kind of a past glory. The personnel is friendly, the restaurant was very good en the view and location is perfect but the hotel in itself is rather disappointing. The worst was that we selected this hotel to be close to Alhambra for an early morning visit of the Alhambra. The previous time in... More

We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend on a recommendation from my daughters friend and we were extremely pleased. The location is excellent and its an easy walk down the narrow streets to the town passing many of the local squares and quaint side streets. The atmosphere here is excellent - easy and relaxed. The Hotel is an unusual... More

we spent 2 nights at the hotel. We asked for a quite room specifically and did not really insist on view. The first day we were given what sounds like a quite room away from the street, but it was most probably above the kitchen. We could not sleep the whole night from noise! We complained the next morning and... More

The hotel sits perched on a hill top with Granada's green valley below and it's snow covered mountain peaks above you. Built in 1910 by His Majesty King Alfonso XIII for his inauguration, it has been treated well. Every inch of this beautiful hotel is covered in reproduction "motif" of the Alhambra which sits just 10 minutes but foot (it's... More

This hotel is ten minutes by frequent and cheap public buses from Granada, but very close to the wonderful Alhambra. Its public rooms have style and the bar/restaurant terrace is a joy for just a drink or something more substantial. Tapas were good here and the views sensational. You can while away hours here at any time of the day... More

Wow! This hotel was built in the early 1900s and is completely up to date. Large bathrooms completely tiled. View of back of Generalife gardens, complete with lots of song birds. Food was awesome and a good value --- incredible selections of every breakfast item imaginable all for 14 Euros. Staff was gracious and welcoming. Front desk extremely service oriented.... More

Huge hotel, must have been very nice some years ago....when it was up to date and new. Now it needs a refurb urgently- e.g. bathroom is old and warn out. Also service is rather 3 star.... Visible at the buffet breakfast which is all about mass feeding (not even real juice). Not to mention that internet is very unreliable at... More

My husband and I had a fantastic two night stay at the hotel. This was part of our honeymoon.Ideal location if you plan to visit the Alhambra. Staff were great, we emailed in advance to request a room with a view of the city of Granada, this was well worth it. Amazing views, good standard of room, clean and spacious.... More

Booked another hotel online - when we arrived it was in a dodgy neighborhood. Drove around the Alhambra and found this gem. A four star hotel. Great amienities and services. Incredible view over the city and walking distance to the Alhambra. Grat terrace for drinks and tapas. A limitless expensive at over €200 a night - but you get what... More
