Not a bad stay- decent location and professional courteous service. Great pool and outdoor lounge area. Glass elevators were on the slow side, but otherwise no complaints. Went as part of a tour group and not a far drive from the city of Toledo. Walking distance to restaurants and open park, public transportation.

We like to stay in places that reflect a location & at first our pick was a "self-catering" place in Sacramonte - something I'm going to try another time. We stayed here with a tour group. The front desk service was pleasant and efficient, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet very good. The most memorable features are the glass elevators with the neat views of surrounding town and mountains. Taxi service in Granada is excellent and reasonable.

I stayed here for just one night while visiting Alhambra. The rooms are quite comfortable and some offer a great views of the Sierra Nevada. Service at reception and at the bar was also good. Pool was welcome as daytime temp was about 30 Celsius. 10 min stroll to downtown. Overall a good choice for staying in Granada.

Room was hot but bed was comfortable. Reception not too helpful. Breakfast uninspiring. Some problems with Internet. Longish cab ride to Albacin area and Al Hambra. Difficult to charge electronics - no outlets near the bed.

The architecture of the hotel and interior decoration has Moorish influence. Exterior facing glass-walled elevators would take you up to your floor. The reception area is very impressive. Glass fronted elevators. The rooms have high quality furniture extremely comfortable beds. Comfy pillows and extra pillows in the wardrobe. Location wise it was a 15 minute walk to the centre I have to say this was are ally impressive hotel. I could not fault anything about it. Good value also
