This hotel has character and modern luxury. Rooms are large and beautifully decorated. Luxurious bedding. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. They offered tips on getting tickets to Alhambra, restaurant suggestions and they arranged our hotel reservation for our next stop. In truth I'm surprised at this criticism and wanted to comment on the romantic break my husband and I took recently. We stayed in the palace part which was very nice, but best of all was the restaurant. Delicious food - the foie with pineapple preserve was wonderful, and the service was excellent, attentive and friendly. We recommend it.

Palacio de los Patos is probably the best luxury hotel in Granada...unfortunately that speaks to the absence of good 5 star hotels rather than to the qualities of this hotel.
