Great location, near the University and downtown. Wear and tear are showing in this hotel, and the air conditioning situation is really lacking. The thermostats in the rooms do not work. You cannot control the temperature in your room; you must ask the staff to do it. Breakfast was weak, but included.

Stayed for one night. No complaints at all- very friendly and helpful staff, clean and well appointed rooms with a few extra touches. Good location too. Good breaksfast buffet and good value I thought. I would recommend and certainly return.
