Booked trip on Expedia, given a room facing an inside wall. No robes provided in the room. I wish that we had requested to see the room before taking it. Bilbao is a great place to visit and we had the treat of seeing an interesting processional the day before Easter.

We stayed here a couple of days during a city trip. The location is ideal for sightseeing and every important place to visit is in walking distance. The hotel itself is well equipped, big rooms, business center with PC, printer. The breakfast has everything someone needs in the morning, but the price (20€) is at the high end.

This is a great hotel with an excellent service in a perfect location. A classic in Bilbao. The location can hardly be better, in the best street in Bilbao, with lots of shops and restaurants around and at a walking distance to the old town, Guggenheim, etc.
