The Pension Loinaz is a "Mum and Dad" style hostel (the owners have partitioned off part of their house) with around 6 private rooms. Great location in the middle of the old part of San Sebastian, easy access to get to the beach and just wander around the pedestrian-only streets. Down the block from an awesome gelateria.
