The apartment is down a very narrow and rather dirty alley D'en Roca, which is very centrally located, if you want to be near the Rambla or the Gothic Quarter. Despite the run down appearance of the building, once inside it was clean, simple, had a functioning lift, and a cool old spiral staircase.

Stayed here for 4 days and on arrival found curtain pole leaning against wall instead of above window, fold down bed in lounge held together with cable ties and impossible to return to settee. Dust under tables, smell from bathroom due to poor ventilation. Overall it looked shabby, I maybe should have complained but with little time we spent most...

very romantic apartments and best location but problem with smell from the bathroom tubes
probably there is an intermal hydravlic problem
