“Great hotel, great location”

We are light sleepers, so when we read that all the rooms in this hotel are "sound-proof" on the hotel's website, we were very happy. The rooms are ANYTHING BUT sound-proof. We heard the voices of our neighbors/people in the hallway when they spoke, and we heard our neighbor's shower/toilet when in use... There is nothing sound-proof about this hotel.... More

This is the sort of hotel I look for. Location is excellent for a visit, close to airport shuttle and local transport an walking distance to so many of Barcelona's key attractions. We had Room 56, an XL room with more than enough space for a four night stay and one bag. No carpeting, a plus. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Shower is good.
