Modernised and updated to a high standard since previous visit in 2007. Great room on 9th floor, small but with balcony which was a super sun trap. Fab room great staff and so accommodating, Enrique in particular was so nice and our room with a terrace was great, breakfast was good, and we were 2 blocks from the main square, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Would recommend Cristal Palace for a city break

This hotel does not offer ANY SECURITY. OTHER GUESTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN STOLEN as seen in testimony below. After the incident the hotel did not offer us any assistance. The manager told us that the problem was ours and nothing could be done. We were very disappointed. I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
