“Just Right For Airport Departure”

Had good stay on May 7 for return of Hertz car and BA Flight home next day. Room was clean and adequate size with very nice bath and great shower on 1st floor (2nd FL for us). Used a nice small pool and sauna at this hotel. Only disadvantage, was lack of restaurant choices, but for airport convenience it worked... More

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was very nice, good beds and beautiful bathroom. The shuttle service to/from airport was good. Restaurant and bar also very good. Would stay there again if we had a late in/early out flight.

“Outside misleading”

The "industrial, concrete" outside of the hotel is misleading to the modern design inside. The room is comfortable with uniquely modern touches inside, especially the bathroom. The shuttle service is great to/from the airport. Bus 21 takes you easily to Las Ramblas.

What I didn't know before I made this decision is that there are many quick inexpensive buses that run continuous from Plaza Catalyuna to the airport. We had a layover at Barcelona airport for just a few how hours. The shuttle picked us up at 10:45 pm and we took the shuttle back at 5:00 am so we were just there for a few hours. I would recommend highly this hotel. It is relatively close to the airport and there is a shuttlebus to pick you up you back.
