the room was a good size but looking quite 'tired', the a/c wasn't working as well as it could but didn't need it after our first day as it rained and the temp. dropped.The receptionist on our arrival was miserable and we generally found all the staff very unhelpful, they appeared annoyed that you had asked them directions or advise.... I also booked in this hotel through Easyjet. The reception staff were outstandingly helpful when my luggage didn't arrive. Breakfasts were excellent. Does need updating and needs Kleenex. But really the staff were so competent and friendly I would return here for this alone! More

I stayed at the "AB Viladomat" for a few nights last month. The service is outstanding, with great staff assisting throughout. The hotel is reasonably quiet. The hotel is very clean and modern and for the price presents very good value for money. The Metro station (Urgell) is about 10mins walk and from there you can go just about anywhere. I usually stay closer to everything on the Parallel but I would use this hotel again if I am visiting for a football match. More
