We stayed at the Axel Hotel for 5 nights & found the experience to be very pleasant! We arrived at 9 am, so of course our room wasn't ready. Check In time is at 2 pm, so we were told to come back. As promised our room was ready at 2 pm! The staff was always very friendly & helpful.... More

A test of a hotel is when something goes wrong, how they handle it, sort it out - in which case my review would have read 'Problem sorted - well done'. I can recommend this hotel to everybody. We had a pleasant stay. You can now even rent bikes for a day or afternoon. Btw they have a nice breakfast. More
