We stayed two nights, spring 2012. The place seems very new, and the decor is stylish. Free parking in enclosed garage. Rooms have balconies. Breakfast place across the street. The room is not large by American standards, but modern and very comfortable. The owners are there running the place, and they are friendly and helpful.
