Hotel was really unfriendly on check-in. Didn't offer a map. Didn't offer password for wifi. Basically chatted amongst themselves in Spanish and dismissed us immediately after verifying passport and credit card info. Well located hotel overlooking Gran Via, which means it's noisy all the time. Staff are helpful; lifts (especially the left one, in the size of small triangle) are small. such a very good location just meters of lively Gran Via avenue. Lift was the weirdest and uncomfortable thing about this hotel, you gotta use stairs cause there is always using it!
