The hotel was fantastic. Very Clean!!!! Usually European hotel rooms are small. This room was 2x the size of the 5 star hotel I stayed in a week ago in Paris. Service was terrific. The only draw back was it is a little far from the city center, however there is a Metro train you can use.

If you are looking for a hotel in the heart of Madrid this i not a place. But! If you want to have great space rooms with amazing bathroom and excellent view, close to subway station, this is the one for you. Honestly I haven't seen any Sheraton like this, room are magnificent and service excellent.
