Just recently stayed here for our visit to madrid to watch the football. I found the staff to be friendly, great service, Nice food at a reasonable price. The hotel was also very clean. Location was around a 30euro taxi fair from airport 15euros to city centre.

Staff was kind and helpful upon arrival from a long flight. Convenient commute from Barajas airport. Was my first stay at this hotel, room was clean and size was ok. Didn’t have time to have breakfast there so I can’t say anything about it.

Hotel Nuevo is located not far from the motorway: as a result my room was quite noisy and I didn't really enjoy my stay in the hotel. For what concerns the rest, the hotel is fine, so just cross your finger or remember to qsk for a quiet room...
