Spotless room with smallish en-suit but served its purpose.TV with English speaking channels and some complimentary sweets.Only downside was thee noise created by other guests movements, probably due to the fact that the some floors and rooms were tiled and not carpeted.The staff were always very helpful, and overall a very pleasant base to enjoy Madrid. Very close to all the main attractions, restaurants, 1 min from the Grand Via metro station (though most of the Madrid can be explored on foot), and right in the middle of a nice shopping strip.
