We stayed at Pension Sarasate for one night recently. There is no elevator and the Pension is on the second floor. The owner is very welcoming. The Pension reminded us what it must be like ot live in a convent. - Very basic clean rooms - Rooms are small - Bathroom is very small, with a very small gap between... More

My girlfriend and i stayed at this pesnsion and found it excellent with very helpful staff. Rooms are very nice with lots of original character and the bed was really comfy. We arrived late but were in touch with the staff before arrival and they were there waiting for us. More

This was a very sweet hotel, beautiful wood floors, lots of history. The service was excellent, Jose at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We had bikes delivered here to start the Camino de Santiago, he helped us store them and provided a place where we could work on them. He also helped us send our luggage to... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel – I’m happy it was only for one night… To enter the hotel you have to ring a doorbell and climb a rather dodgy staircase. The owner however was extremely helpful – but very confused. It seemed like he was trying to fix 100 things at the same time without really managing... More

I studied abroad in Pamplona for six months in college, but was not there for the legendary fiesta of San Fermin (aka running with the bulls). I decided to return as a 30th birthday trip. We stayed from 7/12 to 7/15, the last three days of the festival. When I booked with Jose Angel I wasn't able to find any... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for the San Fermin festival. The hotel is in a great location, the owner is incredibly helpful and the room was very clean. We were offered a choice of rooms and opted for one of the quieter ones at the back knowing that the festival would be very noisy. Entry is... More

I booked this little pension after looking at reviews on the booking site and we were not disappointed. It's not too difficult to find if you have satnav, but you'd never know it was there unless you search for the property number 30. Find the little pavement cafe and the entrance door is next to that. It's on the second... More
