All staff are professional & courteous. I can see why some guests felt the staff were rude or abrupt but really the whole team are just doing their job & sticking by the hotel rules. Hotel situated outside busy area of Benidorm- but within walking distance. Close to mundomar/aqualandia too. Very clean, great variety of food everyday-we didn't out out of the hotel once in 10 day stay! Staff very welcoming and friendly, and great with kids. Entertainment not so good but family orientated. This may be better in peak season.
