Brilliant Hotel in a good position close to Valencia old town and a 15 minute Metro ride to the beach and Harbour. It was one of the best stays in Spain so far. The room and bathroom were very nice, comfortably spacious and very clean. The breakfast was superb! The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is well- located and has spacious rooms. Ask for rooms on the back side. They are very quiet.Nice swimmingpool and terrass. The reception was very friendly and helpfull. Very close to the park and the old town

This hotel was great, and the service by David C. at the front desk was amazing. He spoke excellent English (I live in CA), gave some great recommendations and really made an effort to help us throughout our stay. I saw some of the 3 star reviews, but you should read them as they don't make sense. Breakfast too expensive... More

We found this hotel nice but not 5 star as expected on positive note the location was excellent and on arrival we had a very friendly informative greeting, wi fi did not work in our room and TV was not in English you could watch news channels only in English... Overall I thought this hotel was very nice, it rained for the whole of our trip so having a nice hotel room was vital. A nice, grand hotel in the heart of Valencia, very well situated near to the main attractions and parks. It is also close to all the transport systems. Great rooms, clean, fantastic value. We had not pre booked but loved the location on our way to the south of France I always get uptight about parking in a city but the keys were taken and car parked. As always, the Spanish know how to run a top quality hotel. Muchos Gracias.

Hotels fine, good location , clean, breakfast old fashioned but the rooftop pool is flattered by its picture and was enclosed not open, also and this was the killer, they want you to wear a SWIMMING HAT and of course they will sell you one for €5, Victorian !! So they lost our other 4 nights stay
