I'm a Canadian who has stayed at this hotel twice. It was absolutely gorgeous in the reception room and the actual hotel room did not disappoint. My title could apply to Cosenza as well as Hotel Excelsior. The hotel is in a building that is pretty neat, but needs a lot of work.
