This hotel has a beautiful location overlooking Sorrento, but it is the most unappealing hotel I have ever been in. It was so modern, stark and cold, with very little artwork on the walls. It just was not welcoming or comfortable. The room had a musty beach smell which reminded me of a cheap hotel room. We were on the... More

Amazing hotel. Rooms are big, clean and airy. Walking distance from station if u r without luggage. Beautiful indoor pool with ample supply of towels. Chill beside outside pool. But the best part is breakfast. Delicious spread juicy bacons and sausages. And excellent view of sea and mountain. The service to port for Capri island is expensive. More

This hotel is very nice and clean. It reminds me more of a beach hotel then a Hilton. The rugs are not really rugs but are made for wet feet. There is no real American coffee here. There is a machine that you select the type of Italian coffee you want. It is pretty strong American coffee. No ice machines... More

Hotel was nice, people were OK, view was breathtaking. We had a good time at this property, the rooms were small and could use some updating. Beds were 2 twins joined together, typical European. It was very clean and well maintained property. The pool area and grounds were beautiful. We didn't have a bad experience with the service but no... More

I guess I'm having a hard time understanding the "terrible" reviews some have posted about this hotel. We had a fabulous stay (4 nights)! We had a family room, which was two bedrooms and two bathrooms (only 1 with a shower); one king bed and two twins pushed together to make a king). I can't comment about the breakfast buffet... More

We stayed two nights at this hotel after a week in Naples on business. After chaotic Naples it was a relief to drive into sane Sorrento, check in to this modern property and soak up the breathtaking views! Although we had booked a regular room, we were upgraded at my request to a view room. Wow! What a view it... More

We live half of the year in Italy and about one week ago we decided to visit Sorrento where we had not been in about 5 years. We thought okay, let's go beginning of the week so there would be no crowds and choose the Hilton Sorrento Palace since my husband has not the most status...but nonetheless is a gold... More

From the time we walked in and met Maurizio at the front desk, we knew we picked a great hotel. He was so friendly and extremely helpful throughout our 3 day stay. He showed us the places we should see and even helped us rent a scooter to get to Amalfi and Positano. Every time we walked past the front... More

Had a fabulous bay of Naples/Mt Versuvius room. Rooms spotlessly clean. Great decor. Breakfast fab. Location - It's a 10 min walk down to main square and almost 15 mins back (uphill). Pools are fab in and out. Would defo stay again. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only negative prices in the bar Euro10 for a glass of wine! More

We have just come back from an amazing holiday in Sorrento and this hotel was all that we expected and more. The location is perfect as it is set on a beautiful hill with gorgeous views of Sorrento, Naples and Vesuvius. It is a short walk from the city centre- I am six months pregnant and could do this easily... More
