I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The first night the noise from loud music kept me awake until 3am. I requested another room and it certainly was better and nicer. The staff are not that friendly or helpful. The restaurant food is good and the set menu is good value. I would not visit Naples again. The area... More

Stayed as part of an Archers Direct/Cosmos holiday our room was very noisy. The reason was a gap around the window frame letting all the traffic noise in. We tried to change rooms but reception staff said hotel was overbooked so we were stuck with it for 2 nights. Room carpet was dirty and food poor. More

I was here a few years ago and decided to come back, I find that the Hotel is in a fine location at the top of a hill, it's a fair walk down to the main shopping and eating out areas, but nearby is a friendly pizza take away, the Cumana rail system is at the bottom of the hill... More

Where do i start... HOTEL is in FILTHY Naples, the dirtiest, most discusting city on this earth. The hotel is in a bad location, and has night working girls just down the hill about 100m from the hotel. Supermarket was 2 blocks away, if you were brave enough to walk the rubbish filled streets. Resturant staff were extremely bad, didnt... More

we stayed here as a part of the comos tour and i would give this hotel a 2 star rating NOT 4! Maybe at one point in time this hotel was a 4 star but not anymore! the hotel is pretty out dated. first we were given a room on the 5th floor. the view was great but, the room... More

The hotel misrepresents amenities, the staff is nice on the surface but will tell you NO in a heartbeat. This is also the flithiest city outside of any African nation and way too third world to ever return. If you are thinking of a vacation here, go somewhere else in northern Italy. Everyone is on the take and looking to... More

This hotel is very easy to find off the motorway. The area around the hotel is ok with a couple of restaurants and a decent supermarket. The hotel rooms were ok but make sure you ask for one away from the road as it is extremely noisy at night - we hardly slept because of the noise. The pool is... More

Hotel in the city, but still far away from the city centre, places to visit or restaurants/bars. Our visit was for business at a nearby location and that's why the hotel served it's purpose and is okay value for money. Clean, commodities like in room Wifi and a pool (you MUST wear a swimcap though...) are nice. The upholstery and... More

Hotel itself is not terrible, but it's right at the limit. Location cannot be worse, but it wasn't far from my meeting place. They made an attempt of fraud with my credit card, as they charged something after I left (probably faked my signature). VISA returned the money and they didn't open their mouth, so that's the best proof. After... More

The room was reasonable size, the minibar was well stocked, the décor was good, the room was clean, they offered wifi to the room and have irons and ironing boards for loan. The shower was a problem, no matter which way you aimed the shower head water just poured out onto the floor flooding the bathroom. Having flooded bathroom floors... More
