Nice friendly staff & clean comfortable room, in Piazza Garribaldi, on opposite end of square to the main railway station. Close to the main train station, Circumvesuviana and subway. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally good with an interesting design layout. I agree with many of the reviews, this hotel is not in the best part of Naples and there is work going on in the piazza. However, we did not encounter anything unpleasant during our 4 day stay here.
