I stayed at Blackberry House in Sept and found it a pleasant stay. The host, Barbara was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every morning as well as the living area and bathrooms. Located just 10mins walk away from the Colosseum and 5 from the nearest underground station, getting around Rome is not a problem. Would recommend Blackberry House... More

We had a great time here, it's the perfect location for doing Rome - it's right next to a tube stop, or you can walk to to the Colosseum. Make sure the first time you venture into old Rome, you must walk it as seeing the Colosseum looming in the distance as you get near is a sight to see.... More

When you arrive at the front door it looks a little ominous and the rooms are pretty basic but hey, the location is great - just along from the metro, the owner is really nice and very helpful and the place is clean. What more do you need when crashing in Rome? Good value for money! More
