Great location!!! Right by the train station and 20-30 minutes from the Spanish Steps and Historic Centre of Rome. A simple breakfast that consisted of cereal, bread, yogurt, fruit, cheese, tea and coffee was enough to do the trick. Private bathroom and the room was comfortable and clean. It was quite noisy in the mornings as the rooms are on... More

Host was friendly and accomodating. Location was superb. Five minutes to the Coloseum, very good location for trains. Room was a little spartan but comfortable. More

Location-wise - an excellent place, literally 5 minutes walking distance from the Termini station, walking distance to all main attractions: 20-minute walk to the Colosseum, Spanish steps - 25 minutes walking distance. I won't list them all but everything is close, the only time we needed to catch a bus was to get to the Vatican City and the Vatican... More

The rooms resemble a 3rd world country hospital, everything is white, there's no decor whatsoever and the lighting is next to absent. The place is seriously baaaad. There is no place to put things in or on, toiletries consist of a small soap bar and lemon wet wipes (?!?). Breakfast is just a joke... The couch in the breakfast room... More

I booked last minute through an online site and snapped up a room at a good rate. My objective was simple. See as much as Rome as I can in 3 days (2 nights). Marta, who runs the B&B was very professional, warm and welcoming. Her high standard of service is the reason why I have rated this 4/5 and... More

Nice private bath, comfortable beds, freedom of easy access to Rome sites but this B&B just wasn't quite all we had hoped for. The breakfast is a sweet gesture but not sustaining. The rooms didn't have a/c but the fan was a welcome addition. The host and other help was very kind. You won't go wrong but it may not... More

This is the best B&B i've seen in a long time. The rooms are very clean, with no extras but with everything you will need. Breakfast is great, location is perfect, just next Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore and the Termini. Marta, the owner, is very nice and makes you feel at home. More
