I relied on Tripadvisor to book this B&B, and we were not disappointed. Massimo is one of the warmest hosts I have ever encountered, and he helped us make the most of our 4 days in Rome, from arranging restaurant reservations to providing us with tickets to the Papal Audience on May 1. Centrally located, but in a quiet residential... More

This place had everything I needed: a comfortable room with its own bathroom, reliable Internet and a warm host who helped me make the most of my short stay in Rome. The location is very close to Castel Sant'Angelo, St. Peter's Square, and the Vatican Museum. Yet it's on a quiet street - even with my window open, I didn't... More

the b&b is located on the 4rd floor of an otherwise private residence. We stayed for 2 nights and found it to be quite enjoyable. Massimo was very pleasant and knowledgable. You will not be dissapointed. The place is clean, friendly, and Highly recommended

Simply fantastic rooms, in a great location, near the Vatican. Great price for what you get. The hotel manager,Massimo, was a lovely guy. Massimo sorted out a driver to take us to the airport on the last day as we had a ridiculously early flight and we paid up the day before as we were checking out at 5.45am. 50... More

It's the best place for the holiday in Rome. The location was excellent, right near the Vatican by the Castel Sant'Angelo. Room is simple, but modern and there is all needful things for the comfortable staying. The B&B is located in very good district, calm, but very attractive for staying. And staff is very friendly!

We began our trip to Rome, Naples and the Amalfi Coast in this quaint "B&B." Essentially a converted apartment in the Italian version of a "brownstone," this small hotel has three rooms on the fourth floor. The location absolutely cannot be beat, and Massimo - the host - has lived up to every expectation from the many fabulous reviews. He... More

We spent the first few days of our trip to Italy here. At first I was surprised to find that it is just a 4th floor apartment converted into a few rooms with baths. But that was just my inexperience. They are all like that here in Italy. There was a beautiful antique elevator that we used when we were... More

Stayed here for five nights as part of a group of four adults. Location is really fantastic and cost very reasonable. It is a short walk to St Peters and a very easy walk over the bridges to reach the historic quarter of Rome. But I agree with other reviewers that the star of this b+b is Massimo, the host.... More
