We spent a wonderful week in Rome in B&B Alla Cupola Di San Pietro. First of all, location&transport. Although city centre is accessible (1-1,5 hours to Colosseum, Termini etc), there are bus stops just in front and metro station (~25 minutes away). Just returned from a 5 day trip to Rome. Sergio was extremely helpful and friendly. Sergio was very helpful with directions etc. food for breakfast was typical for continental breakfast... room clean and modern . A/C great and eliminated noise issue....very safe area... defintely recommend ..

I recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to Rome as long as you don't mind staying in the Vatican area. My husband and I stayed here in May 2011 for 4 nights. Overall our experience was fine. The noise level (tvs!) was intense in the evening though, until around midnight. The B&B is not the type you usually see in the States. It's a two-bed apartment. The room we stayed in was very spacious (especially by European lodging standards) and A/C worked great!
