Stayed in the Dem Guesthouse for 2 nights. Dem's Guesthouse is just a few minutes walk to Termini station. Great location within walking distance to most of the attractions. Nice and clean room, and comfortable. There's a coffee machine, and small kitchen to use outside the room.

Dem Guesthouse (38) is very clean, nice atmosphere, the hotel well equipped with a small refrigerator, TV, safe, hair dryer, cleaning, freshly-baked croissants every morning. The owner of Federika very nice and helpful, great location you can walk everywhere on foot, near the metro, buses, shop-market, cafes, Recommended!

Great modern rooms and value for money. Easy walk from the Termini station with good metro access to most major tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good restaurants on the same street. I would highly recommend this to people travelling on a budget.

Not safe place.Very poor breakfast and staff not very helpful.staff change every day so you talk with someone different each day and come at 11 am for10 mn.or 5 pm for 1 hour.towels werent change everyday.not go back in this place, too expensive for this service.
