Two days before we arrived from Florence, I e-mailed Kinga, the manager (possibly owner) of Navona Nice Room, to confirm our reservations. I received a reply confirming our reservation for two rooms starting Sept. 22, 2011. We arrived at Navona Nice Room on September 22. I was greeted by the nice young man who cleans the rooms and deals with... More

This hotel is well situated and except for the walls is clean. However, there are problems with it. It is like an apartment with 4 rooms, so can really hear everything. Bathrooms are outside room, breakfast is included, but is horrible. However, the worst part is that out of the 4 rooms, 3 of them are very spacious, and one... More

After reading the reviews on Tripadvisor we thought it would be exactly what we were searching for. The location was really wonderful--and that's about it. It was operated by a voice mail only serviced by non English speaking staff. The breakfast was pre-packaged from a convenience store. We were shown to a room with a bunk bed. Bathroom was down... The rooms themselves were very clean and updated. They had flat screen televisions and a/c. The room was very clean, and had a cute little balcony(no view). It came with a separate bathroom that was large for European standards, and was also very clean. The service was very difficult. If you get picked up at the air port (which we... More

A once beautiful apartment in the center of Rome has been divided by light wooden walls with the sole apparent aim to increase revenue. The walls are so thin that we heard everything that happened in the neighboring rooms (even a guy snoring). The bathroom was outside the room, and the shower didn't work, so they gave us another bathroom.... More

Location is great, close enough to the attractions. Rooms are medium size but very clean and fresh, must be quite new. Staff was very friendly and helpfull, they can answer all questions. Had a really good time there and can't complain about anything. Its one of the best value which you can get for this money. Worth to recommend for... More

We stayed 3 days at this B&B. The staff is very friendly. They got in contact with us before our arrival and offered us their shuttle service(I'd recommend that as it costs less than a taxi). They're particularly helpful and kind people. The room was nice. Very comfortable bed and all the facilities we needed - TV, fridge and air... More

This B&B is relatively new, it's clean, the building seems safe, and there are two restaurants and a snack cafe in the piazza. We were able to walk to the major attractions, but it's pretty far to the Colosseum. Before you choose to stay here, you must consider that this B&B is not staffed most of the day. It is... More

If you are willing to trade off everything for location, then I would recommend this "hotel". Newly converted apartment into 3 or 4 rooms furnished by ikea or something similar, pillows have no pillowcases on them. Any room on the piazza side will have motorcycles and ambulances nonstop throughout the night, combined with restaurant noise until early hours of the... More

we, 2 couples, stayed in this hotel at the beginning of our Italy trip. The rooms are small but I think that is normal in Italy. The service is not like we are used to it in the US, but I guess it was fine overall. Good price/value. Recommend. More
