Fantastic for families as we could put the kids to bed, and sit in the living room and then pull out sofa bed when we wanted to go to bed. This apartment was luxurious- lovely comfy beds, fluffy white towels, everything you could need in the kitchen- oven jobs, fridge dishwasher pots, pans, coffee machine for hob etc, , sky... More

You have to expect to pay for quality, however here you would get a piece of vulgarity with an inflated price tag: rooms are equipped with a cheap long-worn-out plastic furniture, poor flimsily installed shower and toilet fittings and no sound insulation from the outside or your neighbors. Even larger apartments are just big enough for two people, but the... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night before leaving to the airport in Rome. It is extremely close to everything and we had a huge room with refrigerator, etc. The reason it doesn't cost so much as others in that neighborhood is that it only has one person at the desk and no amenities associated with a "lobby." There... More

Traveling as a family is a challenge in many ways, but a comfortable room can make a huge difference in the quality of the trip. Our recent stay at Al Saraceno was at the last 6 days of our 21-day Italy trip. We had a very large apartment with 1 bedroom, a large living area, a large kitchen with stove,... More

We as family always prefer residences to hotels when we visit big cities and try to find somewhere in the center. This one compiled with everything we ask for; clean, silent and no hassle. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome whether leisure or business.

We spent one night here. It was our first night in Rome and a great location to visit Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Campo di Fiore and Piazza Navonna. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean and large if slightly tired in parts - hollywood meets the 1980's. We probably wouldn't stay there again as it was... More

This is more of an apartment than a hotel. The people at the front desk were helpful in arranging transportation but I guess I just prefer a hotel with a lobby and full time desk attendant than a self-service place for one evening which is all we stayed. I had been looking for a quad and there were two separate... More

We selected this hotel for just one night before departing on a cruise in May 2012 and were very glad we did. This is an excellent choice for those who are staying longer in Rome. The rooms and bathrooms are huge for European standards. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel location was excellent. Within walking distance to... More

On our first trip to Rome we couldn't have found a better location or hotel to stay in. Looking at a map, I didn't realize just how close we would be to so many fabulous sites. You have the Trevi Fountain about a two minute walk in one direction and the Spanish Steps about 4 minutes the other way. Immediately... More

Andrea at the reception was very helpful. We didn't know we can only check in until 830pm but she accommodated us when we arrived close to midnight. We also needed to refrigerate some medicines from the time we checked-out until we were about to leave at night and she was able to find ways despite not having a ref/freezer outside... More
