Stayed at this hotel the night of tuesday 08/05. As you would expect the hotel is amazing. From the moment you arrive you are looked after. Once in you are surrounded by luxury. Staff very polite and very professional but still smiling rather than just look like machines. The only problem we had is that it must have been a... More

We stayed here for one night in April, but wish we could have stayed even longer! Service-EVERYONE we encountered was professional, courteous and discreet. As soon as we arrived the doorman took our bags, and another colleague showed us to reception area where we checked in. The man who checked us in then accompanied us to our room, explaining it's features.... More

The Jumeirah group has obviously spent a good amount of money to spruce up this hotel and its service and it has been a good investment. Rome luxury hotels are notorious for pretentious and arrogant service and the Jumeirah is a welcome exception. The entire staff made us feel like they were glad we stayed there and offered service with... More

We spent in Rome a whole week at the end of March 2012 with my wife as tourists. The hotel provides an excellent service. Hotel spa is very usefull after the long walkings, also it is a pleasure to relax in solyarium on the roof of the hotel. Hotel is very close to the historic center - it takes 10-30... More

As someone who has stayed at 3 different Jumeirah hotels before (Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach and Madinat Jumeirah), I was naturally attracted to this newly opened Jumeirah hotel in Rome. Thinking that it may be a good idea to write directly to the hotel reservation to find out if any special rates could be offered, I set out the... More

We stayed last month for a long weekend! What can I say about Rome! It is the capital of the world, my most favorite city! It is an open museum! I love walking and getting lost in the old town! Pastas, pizzas, ice-creams, the cool Italian attitude, crazy driving, the style, the glory, the history….. We stayed this time at... More

My boyfriend and I just came back from Rome-Florence-Rome trip. We stayed at the Hassler Hotel at first , but on the way back from Florence decided to try someplace new. And what a fabulous choice we made by picking the Grand Hotel Via Veneto. The staff was just phenomenal from start to finish from doormen to the managers! They... More

My wife and I stayed here for three days after a week long cruise. The staff were wonderful and the hotel is just breathtaking. Beautiful rooms. Each night they would turn down the bed, and place slippers and robe by the bed. The lobby always had coffee or hot tea available. The area was perfect for us. The metro stop... More
