It was a great trip to Rome for New Year and mostly thanks to our choice of Residenza Gens Julia. They have a perfect location and a very high level of service. They have a few rooms on the 3d floor (they all are different size and have different street view). So, it is better to contact the management to... More

This is a very clean hotel. If you're looking for something that is not luxurious but not a hostel this is perfect for you. There's a taxi stand right outside the door. Pretty good pizza downstairs. It's about 3 blocks from the Pantheon, 3 blocks from Campo di Fiori, 3 blocks from Piazza Navona. HUGE Room, big bathroom, flat screen... More

Very large, clean room with very generous bathroom. Wonderful view overlooking ancient ruins. Friendly staff with lovely informal feel of a small hotel. Excellent location - within walking distance of all major attractions. Would definitely stay here again. More

We had a wonderfull stay at the residenza. Location is perfect within walking distance of main sites and dining areas. Service is very friendly and perfect with a great cappucino in the monring; Our room was in the back, so lacking the view but probably quiter than those with front view. Excellent facilities and unbeatable location! More

The room with bathroom ensuite was really spacious and very clean and beatifully decorated, with a confortable and big bed. Breakfast was correct and the... More

This is a great place to stay. You can go walking anywhere downtown, including the Vatican. The bathroom is amazing and the staff (who is not there 24 hours) is extremely courteous and helpful. It´s cost value effectiveness is extremely high. There is a problem though, the elevators are still not installed and it can be tough climbing those stairs... More
