Labicana 42 was very easy to find... we arrived in Rome mid-morning, so went for a walk round the Coliseum and Forum are... from there, the B&B is 5/10 minute walk down a straight road.
Also, it's only a few minutes from the nearest Metro station. Easy peasy.
The B&B is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building...
