Great location - can't beat it if you're planning on seeing the Vatican. Once you get to know your way about town you're looking at a 40 minute walk to the Collosseum and Termini, and no more than a half hour to the Pantheon. The "Olympic" Hotel was a happy surprise on arriving in Rome.
