The staff was delightful, resourceful and very accomadating. They even directed us to a lovely local restaurant for dinner.....most hotels in Italy directed us to high touristy spots and the food was not so yummy but there staff was great! The rooms were clean and the breakfasts were AMAZING! The blood orange juice was fantastic! More

A nice hotel in the city center with attraction at quite walking distance or very easily reachable via the metro. Staff was nice and the interior was very nice decorated, breakfast very ok - with a minor exception for the Espresso which was not a very best - the rooms are quite comfy, the interior is old-style but functional. The hotel is within walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi fountation and the Metro. The hotel was being renovated while we were visiting, but the noise or work didn't distract from our stay. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of options and our rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk was also very helpful when... More

Thanks to the super-friendly and wonderful staff of the Imperiale, my first trip to Rome got off to the best possible start. They made us feel completely at home and yes, service came with a genuine smile. The room was large and decorated well and we had a wonderful view of the Via Veneto. The location is also very convenient... More

Stayed here two years ago with a big group of friends whilst over to see the 6 nations rugby and the group chose to come here again. I didn't rate it highly then but combined with the renovations (of which we had no prior notice), it's now like Fawlty Towers. The reception area is shut for renovation so the little... More

The four of us (My wife, Sister, Brother-in-law and myself) spent one night here after our 14 day cruise. It was one of very few hotels that offered a quad room. We had our shuttle driver drop us at the hotel by 10 am they day our cruise ship docked. Check-in was fast and their English was very good. We... More
