Stayed here for business 17-20 July. The room was clean and everything was functional...but really small. I've had bigger bathrooms in large chain hotels (Marriott, Sheraton, Hyatt). There was no shower door or curtain, just a small half door and the floor was soaked (I'm 6'2 and 220 pounds) because the shower was just too small for me to move... More

I read the reviews and didnt expect much from the staff but even so was amazed at their rudeness and how unhelpful they were. When it comes to the rooms you get more than you pay for and the location is good for the termini, the restaurant is nice also. But honestly the staff are just unimaginably rude. More

We had a problem with our booking. I booked a room for four but when we arrived the booking was for three. The staff was extremely rude as if it was my fault and didn't give us any room until 4 hours after check-in. We then got a room for three. Well a double room with an extra travel bed.... More

Great location in the center of Rome, easily reachable by public transport, especially metro. The Hall is comfortable and has a beautiful dining room, but breakfast is very poor! My room was small and not very clean but the staff is very helpful. after eating (bad) in some restaurants of Via Veneto, we asked a suggestion to the Night Porter... More

Dear Management of the Hotel Imperiale, This letter is to document the property missing from our room and the lack of response from the hotel staff concerning this issue. My wife and I have stayed at your hotel in the past and enjoyed it so much we decided to return again this time. We travel extensively both domestically and internationally... More

It was a fab few days made even better by the very good standards of this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient and did their best to make the stay very enjoyable. The bed room was good and had a lovely ensuit bathroom. There was air conditioning and windows which you could open. I hate rooms which have air... More

I got robbed inside the hotel lobby while settling my account before check out. Hotel staff were totally indifferrent and uncooperative and refused to call the police despite my calls for help. The hotel has no surveillance cameras inside its lobby and provided no assistance whatsoever although I had lost my travel documents in the incident. More

Walked by and thought the gazebo restaurant in front had nice menu and ambiance. We ordered a starter each, beef carpaccio and a tortelini soup. The carpaccio came out FULLY COOKED and CHEWY! The soup was suppose to be excellent according to waiter but was literally cooked tortolini in a bowl of HOT WATER with ZERO taste, not even salt!... More

This hotel is very over priced, has horribly rude staff and the smallest, most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in! The walls aren't sound-proofed so you may as well be sleeping in the hallway. The jacuzzi is 15euros to use and the hotel restaurant is the biggest rip-off going. Rome is my favourite city in the world and I... More

We were a small group visiting Rome for 3 days and we could not have been happier then we were with our choice of Hotel Imperiale on Via Veneto. The staff at the desk, in the kitchen and bellmen went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to answer any questions that we had. Mr. Joseph, the... More
