The hotel was lovely and included breakfast was good. But they won me over when we returned to the hotel after my wallet was stolen at Roma Termini. As soon as we told the gentleman at the front desk what had happened, he immediately pulled out the credit card company phone numbers, called each credit card company and made sure... More

Stayed here after a cruise. Arrived early but got our room early, about 1030. Great location near Via Venito and Barbarini Metro. Lobby was elegant with several charming sitting rooms, free wifi downstairs. Very nice breakfast. Room was small by American standards, but adequate. Bathroom had towel warmers. Had to climb over edge of tub to get into shower, was... More

Returning to the Hotel La Residenza is like returning to visit a good friend! The staff is very welcoming and helpful, especially Vicente at the front desk-his recommendations were excellent! It's location is one block off the Via Veneto and a few minutes walking from the Piazza Barbarini makes this a hidden gem and an excellent value. We enjoyed a... More

We were very impressed with La Residenza. Although the room was not large by North American standards, the room (for 3 adults) was much bigger than we expected. A hot breakfast with fruit, cheeses and breads was provided every morning. The location was perfect, close to Via Veneto but without the noise. The staff were helpful and recommended places to... We had a triple room where our teen could sleep on the sofa bed. With our luggage, and only one comfortable chair (plus a desk chair), space was a little tight. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom adequate but simple, and the location very good. On the first floor there are about six open rooms for sitting and wifi use... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in April 2012 together with friends. The hotel is located a few steps up from via Veneto close to Hard Rock Cafe. Not far from Barberini or Spanish Steps. Our junior suite was very nice, huge bed and sitting area. It also had a very nice sunny balcony. Staff was very nice.... More

Great place to stay, the location is close to a metro stop. The receptionroom is in avery classy style, neat and tiedy. The staff is friendly and helpfull. We went to Rome for the six nations game, went tto the stadion for Scotland - Itlay. Later we went to the hotel bar, very elegant, various small rooms with leather armchairs.... More

We took the bus shuttle from the airport and then picked up a taxi to take us to the hotel which took about an hour in all. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted very nicely and our luggage was taken up to our room which was on the first floor and overlooked the front of the hotel. The... More

I stayed at this hotel one night before moving over to a much more expensive and prestigious one for business purposes. Moving to what was considered a higher end hotel made me realize what a great bargain La Residenza is! At La Residenza I stayed in a suite on the 1st floor. It was very spacious with a sitting room... More
