We were late booking a hotel over the weekend in Rome, and ended up settling for this hotel without many other options. The location is great and most of the sights are in easy walking distance. The room was good enough, it was clean and the towels were changed daily. The bathroom was tiny and in a poor state with... More

i stayed in hotel rubino for a week during my mid leave from afghanistan. I payed at the counter using my visa debit card (this was the first and only time i have ever used this card). Once i returned to Australia i found that i was missing $50,000 from my account. I got a copy of my transactions and... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It is located very conveniently - close to the train station, so you don't have to walk too much with your luggage. At the same time you are in the city centre and all the sightseeing attractions are in walkable distance. The entrance to the hotel is a bit dodgy and confusing.... More

This Hotel was Horriable! As soon as we showed up the two Asian lady workers were really really rude. That was until they broke a bottle of my cologne. Then they were at my finger tips. They bought me a new bottle and were rude again. Every Morning we woke up and the bathroom leaked a nasty pi$$ smelling water.... More

Hotel lights were dim (in fact dimmest that I have ever encountered). I was being transfered from Hotel Soggiorno Blu as they said there was something wrong with the toilets as it were leaking. (However, Hotel Soggiorno Blu wasn't good either). There was a loud knocking on our hotel room in the middle of the night, but there were no... More

In faireness the location for us was perfect, short walk from the Central Station - BUT - the "hotel" was a flea-pit literally - we found bugs on the sheets, and both my daughter and I caught bed-bugs and had to fumigate our home on return! Cupboards were all sagging and warping doors would not close, mildew in the bathroom... More

In brief - On arrival room was unready, we were told to return 4 hours later! This was not good with a young family. Wish we hadn't returned as we had a room with broken air con and 4 beds crawling in bed bugs. We were moved for our second night to a double room where they'd crammed 4 beds... More

For a two-star hotel I was actually expecting alot worse. I had to swap some bulbs around as the bedside lamp had blown and use my screwdriver to stop the showerhead falling off the wall, but otherwise this was a clean and comfortable stay. The thin walls can carry noise if other guests are being rowdy and you can forget... More

I am struggling to determine if, in 40 years of international travel, I have ever had a worse experience. As of this moment, I cannot think of any. The help was surly, argumentative and petty. The room had furniture that you could not give away. The Internet (5 Euros for 90 minutes) could not be received by our computers. You... More
