My friend and I stayed at the hotel after a Mediterranean Cruise, and I liked it quite a bit. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the modern lobby is attractive and sleek and its walking distance to a number of sites. Rome is a bustling city, and this is a nice quiet area. I loved the rooftop terrace -... More

My husband and I and another couple stayed at this hotel for two nights before our Med. cruise. We do not have any complaints about this hotel at all. It was clean and in a great location. Walking distance for both the Vatican and the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. About 20 minutes each direction for both. The breakfast that... More

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The reception and bar area are modern, light and airy with an outside patio. However, in contrast the rooms were dull, with dark wood and old fashioned. Reminded me of hotels in London that have fancy lobby's and... More

Was impressed from the moment we entered the Visconti palace a wonderful hotel , very clean with polite staff and very helpful. A great location for visiting the sites with the colleseum furthest away. Wonderful roof terrace where we enjoyed a wonderful bottle of wine. Would return. George More

Nice rooms, but only one chair. Small bathroom. Fantastic location. Slow wifi. Large buffet, lacking taste or service. Can achieve excellent if front desk was friendlier and spoke more English, and breakfast staff would believe in service and refilling buffet. More

Fourth time in Rome, Great hotel, location perfect for viewing Rome and the rooms the best for value by far. Would go back here again. Handy bus shuttle from Da Vinci to the hotel in the vatican area. Bus stop 150 metres from hotel. We had a private transfer booked for €40 but to sign of pick up at airport.... More

As an American traveling around Italy, I found this hotel the most similar to an American Marriott or Hilton accommodation of any hotel I stayed at in Italy. The rooms are modern and comfortable, about the size of a standard Comfort Inn room. The breakfast has all of the choices an American would enjoy from great orange juice to scrambled... More

For once, trip advisor has failed me. My fiancée and I were on our honeymoon, and we were very disappointed with our visit. The one thing that we I'd enjoy was the roof top. Dislikes: 1. No AC - front desk said it was broken, another said it was a government mandate to conserve. A clear answer would be nice.... More
