I stayed here for two nights on the end of a two week trip to Italy. I had stayed also at the Crosti Hotel near the Termini for 5 days, the Hotel Albani in Florence and the Grand Hotel in Venice. This was the worst of all of the hotels that I stayed at. It wasn't horrible, but I preferred... More

We booked this hotel for 170 a night and let me put it this way, it was worth more then 300, we got upgraded to junior suite when we checked in, and the room was simply awesome, the bathroom, shower, bed everything top notch. The breakfast was the BEST we had in Italy (we were there for 3 weeks and... More

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We looked at other reviews and opted for a room on the 1st floor - refurbished room and paid extra for a superior double. We were travelling with 3 daughters so they had the junior suite with an extra bed next door to our room. Overall very nice hotel - rooms were... More

We stayed here as it was a work related trip, the bed was hard as a rock, and even though we had reserved a new style room, we were given an old style room because we were with a group and the people at the hotel wanted to get us out of the lobby as soon as possible. On the... More

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel in late February early March in 2009 for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a spur of the moment trip and I made all the arrangements within two weeks of our departure. I made the reservations on line and also verified them with a phone call. The staff was very helpful and... More

I was placed here by my company for a short stay in Rome and while I wasn't disappointed, I was also glad that I wasn't paying. Looking at the price list when we arrived, it seems that the cost of this hotel was very high and a lot of money could be saved by eschewing the slightly over-the-top luxury. That... More

We stayed here with a medium-sized group and selected the hotel based on its convenient location. Rooms are very shoddy and outdated. Prices on the high side. Front desk staff was mixed. Some were helpful, but some, like Francessco, were absolute jerks. Decent breakfast but we paid for it via the high room cost. Many other hotels in the area... More

I stayed at this hotel with 2 girlfriends in June 2011 in a triple room. The room was big enough for three of us, but it was a problem to place all three suitcases, so 2 of them had to stay on the floor. It wasn't super clean when we moved in, and the cleaning wasn't that great afterwards. The... More

We'd stayed here in 2004 and chose for our stay with friends from the US due to its location; it's a quick taxi ride from the Termini station. (Why not use the Metro? - see below). Staff were friendly in the tradition of Fellini's comment that 'Rome welcomes you when you come and forgets you when you go'. Restaurant felt... More

Do not stay here !!!, The rooms have noisy toilets than run all night especially when the person above uses theirs. The street side rooms along via Cavour have windows that dont completely close so you hear noise from traffic and people all night long. The front desk staff are very rude. The wifi is at best, sporadic dial up. More
